If you have never done ski touring, or have only been on a few outings, this complete course will allow you to learn more technically!

Supervised by an instructor from the ESF de Chartreuse, come and discover or rediscover ski touring.
Here are the details of one day:
How to do the ascent, do the conversions and different exercises correctly.
Putting on and taking off the skins
Equipment, clothing, materials, making a backpack...
Basics for the descent
How to choose your race
How to equip yourself (contents of the bag, clothes, ...) This day takes place in a risk-free area at avalanche level.
and all the tips and tricks!
Beyond this initiation, a training in the use of the DVA is essential before leaving for the mountains.
Prices: 49€ without equipment rental - The training is only effective with a minimum of 3 participants.
More dates on request if you are a group of at least 4 people.
Duration: meet at the ESF of Saint Pierre de Chartreuse at 9.00 am end of the morning around 12.00 am (subject to change according to the weather).
List of obligatory equipment, ski touring equipment and safety equipment :
Skis - Skins - Shoes - Clothing adapted to the mountain - In case and personal drink
DVA - Probe - Shovel
Without the safety pack you will be refused training by the ESF instructor.
